Pangofol black two-part cold bond cement. Bonds a wide variety of rubber compounds. Used in conjunction with PANG Primer to bond rubber to steel, fiberglass, and other surfaces. Great for belt repairs, splicing and fabrication, pulley lagging and protective lining. Non-Flammable.
